Bienvenidos a Nicaragua

Well we made it. The team traveled in two groups. The Pelletiers used Jaques airline employee privileges and the rest of us traveled on Taca airlines. Everything went relatively smoothly save a a recent change in Taca’s baggage and carry on policy. All 13 team members and all our bags made it safely here and through customs without incident. Pastor Cal picked us up and the. Weoced through the streets of Managua on a rainy Monday night. Nicaragua was receiving a healthy dose of rain from the hurricane that was pounding Mexico to our north. It was still almost 80 degrees with 100 percent humidity. Pray for strength for the team as we rise up early tomorrow to begin work. Tomorrow we do a work project at the church in the morning and then head into town for house to house evangelism.

The Lord reminded us in our team devotions that He is faithful and will do the work of the ministry here. The fruit is His to produce we simply need to trust and abide.

Pastor Gary
