Thank you to all who have been praying for Jeremy in Nepal. He is doing better today. His fever is down and all his tests came back negative. He is feeling better. Continue to pray for he and James as they still have another 5 weeks to go in Nepal. They will be traveling back into Swara at the end of the week so pray for good weather and traveling mercies.
Also be in prayer for an elderly woman whom Heather, Courtney and Joti treated. We found her in Swara with about 40 staples in her leg that were never removed. The skin was growing over them and she was at high risk of infection. They were able to remove the staples in a difficult and very painful procedure. We are planning to fly her to Kathmandu this weekend for a check up with a doctor there to make sure she is healing well.
Prayer for all the new believers there and for those who are truly seeking the Lord bray that they would grow in the knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Pray for our discipleship of those whom we have identified as possible leaders in the church. The are was totally unreached but they are so hungry for the truth and hope of the Gospel. Pray that we can get into some of the outlying villages with necessary aid and more importantly the Gospel. Also pray for the team that returned home on Thursday as we are all battling with intestinal issues.
God is so good and His love is great for our Jerusalem, Judea, Samaria and the utter most parts of the world. Let us be faithful where ever we are to be bold witnesses in the power of the Holy Spirit.
