Hello. At church today we had the privilege of helping Calvary Chapel distribute food and resources to the people. Our six man team and other teams worked side by side in various parts of the church doing line control , handout food , and helping people carry food to their car. I got to help with line control and had really got to talk with and pray with many people up close. It really affected me to hear about their struggles. One elder lady in particular lost everything, car house. She now has to move with her family in Boston and can no longer live alone. It was really great to see people find hope in Christ in the midst of extreme adversity.
“We are hard-pressed on every side, yet not crushed; we are perplexed, but not in despair; persecuted, but not forsaken; struck down, but not destroyed— always carrying about in the body the dying of the Lord Jesus, that the life of Jesus also may be manifested in our body.”
