Update from the Stuebners in Nicaragua

Cal and Jessie Stuebner

  • Please pray for Jessie’s family as her dad was recently diagnosed with Myelodysplastic Syndrome, which means his body is not longer making blood cells.
  • Please pray for Cal and Jessie’s health – they’ve been struggling a lot lately. Please also, as always, pray for their marriage to stay strong.

Calvary Chapel Managua

  • Please pray for the family of Doña Rebeca (including Gustavo) as she passed away last week.
  • Please pray for our worship team and the new youth showing an interest, that they will grow in ability and, more importantly, in passion for Christ. Also, we still need instrumentalists.
  • Please continue to pray for the school, that teachers will minister to students’ hearts and spirits; also pray for continued provision.
  • Please pray for returning missionaries Mike and Roccio Booth (and their two young kids), that they will find the roles God has for them here in our church and readjust to life on the mission field.
  • Please join us in rejoicing that Roberto finally received his prosthetic leg, and pray that he will adjust quickly to using it.
  • Please continue to pray for Nicaragua. The anniversary of the start of the political unrest is coming up next month, and there is still a lot of economic woe.

With love in Christ,
Cal and Jessie Stuebner
